NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Every night on "Mad Money," Jim Cramer offers market commentary and general investment advice, and he makes calls on specific stocks, both of his own choosing and in response to viewer requests. He relies on his many years of experience and strong track record, and he takes full responsibility for his calls.

"I never shirk from admitting my mistakes; instead, I dwell on them to learn from them. I change my mind, I take losses, I own up to them," Cramer has said.

Here we track some of his calls from the previous episode of "Mad Money" and find out, at least in the very short term, how the stocks are performing. Keep in mind that Cramer might not have been recommending that viewers take immediate action on a stock. And, of course, it's up to the individual investor to do his or her own homework.

That said, here's how some of the stocks that Cramer talked about on Monday's "Mad Money" show fared today.

Hasbro(HAS): Cramer told viewers that Hasbro foreshadowed its earnings beat when it raised its dividend last week, a clear sign of company strength. Cramer reiterated his buy on the stock.

On Tuesday, Hasbro closed up 35 cents, or 1%, at $35.06.

Mattel(MAT): Cramer preferred Hasbro, though he said Mattel is a good company.

On Tuesday, Mattel added 45 cents, or 2.2%, to close at $20.51.

Apple(AAPL): Cramer said Apple's still a buy.

On Tuesday, Apple gained $2.07, or 1.1%, to close at $196.19.

Atmel(ATML): Cramer said he preferred Skyworks Solutions(SWKS).

On Tuesday, Skyworks closed up 25 cents, or 1.9%, at $13.76, while Atmel lost 47 cents, or 9.8%, to close at $4.33.

Nucor(NUE): Cramer called Nucor his favorite steel stock and reiterated his buy.

On Tuesday, Nucor added 89 cents, or 2.3%, to close at $40.46
