ICT GROUP Supports Habitat For Humanity Philippines

ICT GROUP, INC. (NASDAQ: ICTG), a leading global provider of customer management and business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions, today announced that it has donated over $70,000 USD to Habitat for Humanity Philippines, an international non-profit organization that builds responsible and self-reliant communities by enabling families in need to acquire affordable, decent and durable homes.

The proceeds specifically will be used to construct 31 homes in a resettlement area established in Calauan, Laguna, one hour south of Manila, where homeless families affected by Typhoon Ondoy and other tropical storms, were relocated.

“We are extremely pleased to be supporting the rebuilding efforts of the people of the Philippines, through our charitable contribution to the Habitat for Humanity,” stated John J. Brennan, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ICT GROUP.

Since 1988, Habitat has built more than 27,000 homes for the underprivileged in the Philippines. Last September, the Philippines was hit by three typhoons. Tropical storm Ketsana brought torrential rain, which submerged more than 80% of Manila, the Philippines’ capital. A week later, Typhoon Parma struck the northern part of the country. Lastly, Typhoon Mirnae caused major flooding in Southern Luzon.
