Hawkins, Inc. Declares Semi-Annual Cash Dividend Of $0.28 Per Share
MINNEAPOLIS, Jan. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Hawkins, Inc. (Nasdaq: HWKN), at its meeting on January 27, 2010, declared a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.28 per share payable April 2, 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 19, 2010. This is the 25th consecutive year the Company has paid cash dividends since it first began paying out dividends in 1985.
Hawkins, Inc. distributes, blends and manufactures bulk and specialty chemicals for its customers in a wide variety of industries.
