NEW YORK ( TheStreet) -- Several stocks trading near $5 were moving on above-average volume during Tuesday's session.

The bank said total nonperforming assets and loans fell to $98.1 million from $123.5 million in the third quarter. It was the third consecutive quarter where nonperforming assets fell. Volume topped 275,000 shares, compared to the 50-day average daily volume of 18,000.
