CoBiz Financial Announces $0.01 Dividend

 

DENVER, Jan. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of CoBiz Financial (Nasdaq: COBZ) today declared a $0.01 cash dividend on its common stock for the fourth quarter of 2009. This dividend will be paid on Feb. 8, 2010, to shareholders of record on Feb. 1, 2010.
