Carlin, William H. Cunningham, Deborah C. Jackson, Charles L. Ladner, Stanley Martin, Patti McGill Peterson, John A. Moore, Steven R. Pruchansky, Gregory A. Russo, James R. Boyle and John G. Vrysen to serve as Trustees of each John Hancock Income Securities Trust and John Hancock Investors Trust.
