For dinner, you've got quite a choice. If you seek authentic Asian, you have two clear winners: Wazuzu at Encore, where your expense account can buy you a 2.5-pound Maine lobster, made into a toro roll, topped with lobster medallion, wasabi creme fraiche, osetra caviar and a 24k gold flake, plus lobster miso soup, all for $100. Otherwise, there's Wing Lei for exotic chilled sliced abalone ($98) or chili Kobe beef ($320).

If you're looking for French, turn to MGM's(MGM) newly opened CityCenter. There's Twist by three-star Michelin chef Pierre Gagnaire, who creates a tasting menu that includes sea scallops and foie gras in addition to langoustine five ways. There's also Restaurant Guy Savoy at Caesar's Palace, home of artichoke black truffle soup, or Alize at the Palms, known for its Dover sole. For meat lovers, the 100% Japanese Wagyu beef at Wolfgang Puck's CUT tops the list.
