Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Buy-Write Income Fund, Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Buy-Write Opportunities Fund, Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Global Buy-Write Opportunities Fund Annual Meeting Of Shareholders

BOSTON, Dec. 14 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- At a meeting held on December 14, 2009, the Board of Trustees of Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Buy-Write Income Fund (NYSE: ETB), Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Buy-Write Opportunities Fund (NYSE: ETV) and Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Global Buy-Write Opportunities Fund (NYSE: ETW) (the "Funds"), each a closed-end investment company, voted to hold the Annual Meetings of Shareholders of each Fund concurrently on Friday, April 23, 2010 at 3:00 p.m. (EST). The meetings will be held at the principal office of the Funds, Two International Place, Boston, Massachusetts 02110. Proxy materials will be mailed on or about February 22, 2010 to shareholders of record on February 11, 2010. Shareholders of each Fund will be asked to vote on the election of three Class II Trustees of the Funds.
