Cramer's 'Mad Money' Recap: My Favorite High-Yielding Dividend Stocks (Final)
Well-Positioned
In the "Executive Decision" segment, Cramer spoke with Sandy Cutler, chairman and CEO of Eaton (ETN), a stock Cramer last recommended on July 20. Since that call, shares of Eaton have risen 31%. Cutler attributed his company's growth to both cost reductions and the fact that 55% of his company's profits now come from overseas, where the recovery is further along. He said he's delighted with Eaton's recent acquisitions in Europe, calling those operations "strong, profitable businesses," which are helping the company further diversify worldwide. Cutler also noted that Eaton is set to receive up to $500 million in federal stimulus money in both 2010 and 2011, and some of that money, about $95 million, will book before year end. He said while non-residential construction is not likely to improve until 2011, Eaton's other businesses, including electrical, hydraulics and aerospace, are all helping to stabilize and grow profits. Cramer said he still views Eaton as a strong company that will prosper no matter where in the economic cycle we are.Lightning Round
