Dell: Analysts' Upgrades, Downgrades

Gap (GPS) estimates lowered at FBR. Estimates were reduced through 2010. Company will be hurt by softening macro trends, though marketing is still helping to drive sales. Outperform rating and $27 price target.

Helmerich & Payne (HP) estimates raised at UBS through 2011. Company is seeing improved activity and margins across the board. Neutral rating and $41 price target.

Jack in the Box (JACK) numbers lowered at Goldman. Estimates were cut through 2012. Company is seeing lower sales, which is pressuring margins. Neutral rating and new $21 price target.

Marathon Oil (MRO) estimate lowered at Barclays. 2009 EPS maintained at $2.05, 2010 cut from $3.40 to $3.25. Reiterate Equal Weight rating and $36 price target.

Verigy (VRGY) estimates higher at Barclays. VRGY 2010 EPS estimates raised to $0.07 from -$0.13. Maintain Equal Weight rating and $14 price target.

Williams-Sonoma (WSM) price target, estimate increased at Barclays. WSM price target to $16 from $13. 2010 and 2011 EPS estimates lifted to $0.52 and $0.80, respectively. Underweight rating.

Williams-Sonoma (WSM) numbers boosted at Goldman Shares of WSM now seen reaching $25. Estimates also raised, to reflect the company's growth momentum. Neutral rating.
