Ensco (ESV Quote) upgraded at MKM from Neutral to Buy. $56 price target. A recovery is expected in the international jackup market.

GSI Commerce (GSIC Quote) upgraded at Morgan Stanley to Overweight. $26 price target. Company is gaining market share and should be able to realize cross-selling benefits.

Conagra (CAG Quote) estimates, target boosted at UBS. Shares of CAG now seen reaching $26. Estimates also raised, to reflect higher demand for eating at home. Buy rating.

Chico's FAS (CHS Quote) numbers increased at FBR. Shares now seen reaching $18. Estimates also raised, to reflect the company's strong sales momentum. Outperform rating.

Campbell Soup (CPB Quote) numbers raised at UBS. CPB shares now seen reaching $34. Estimates also raised, to reflect improving execution and business momentum. Neutral rating.

China Sunergy (CSUN Quote) price target raised at Barclays. CSUN price target increased to $5 from $4.50 on strong 4Q guidance. 2009 and 2010 EPS estimates lifted to -$0.07 from -$0.30 and to $0.50 from $0.45, respectively. Equal Weight rating.

Dover (DOV Quote) estimates, target raised at Morgan Stanley. Shares of DOV now seen reaching $50. Estimates also boosted, to reflect further cost-cutting efforts. Overweight rating.

Family Dollar (FDO Quote) estimates raised at Goldman through 2012. Buyback program should help add to earnings. Neutral rating and $31 price target.
