Itron CEO Named To Board Of NEMA

LIBERTY LAKE, Wash. (AP) — Itron Inc., a maker of meter-reading equipment, said Monday that CEO Malcolm Unsworth was elected to the board of governors of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association on Nov. 13.

The organization, also called NEMA, was founded in 1926 and is headquartered near Washington, D.C., It has about 450 member companies.

Shares of Itron rose 39 cents to close at $63.91.
