Aetna, FirstEnergy: Ratings Changes
The stock: Southwestern Energy has rallied 49% this year, beating major U.S. indices. The stock doesn't pay dividends.
The model downgraded casino and hotel operator Wynn Resorts(WYNN) to "sell." The numbers: Third-quarter net income dropped 33% to $34 million and earnings per share fell 43% to 28 cents. Revenue increased marginally to $773 million. The company posted losses in the fourth and first quarters. Wynn's gross margin remained steady at 36%, and its operating margin was unchanged at 10%. A quick ratio of 2.2 indicates ample liquidity. But a debt-to-equity ratio of 2.2 reflects excessive leverage. The stock: Wynn Resorts has advanced 63% this year, outpacing major U.S. indices.
