Gardner Denver Declares 5-cent Dividend

QUINCY, Ill. (AP) Gardner Denver Inc. said Monday its has adopted a policy of paying quarterly dividends. The company will pay its first dividend of 5 cents per share on Dec. 10 to shareholders of record as of Nov. 23.
