Raytheon Gets $241.3M Navy Deal

WASHINGTON (AP) — Raytheon Co. received a $46.7 million contract boost from the Navy for production design for the DDG-1000 Zumwalt destroyer, the Pentagon said late Friday.

Work will be performed in Moorestown, N.J., Tewksbury, Mass., Portsmouth, R.I., and other locations, with an expected completion date by December 2010.

Shares of the Waltham, Mass., company fell 9 cents to $48.94 in after-hours trading, after adding 47 cents to close at $49.03 in the regular session.
