NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Friday evening.

BP (BP Quote): "The dividend is in question here, but they're selling assets and trying to boost earnings. I think it's a good one long term."

Churchill Downs (CHDN Quote): "I think you need to rethink this one. I say sell, sell, sell."

Chesapeake Energy (CHK Quote): "We favor natural gas, but I prefer Devon Energy (DVN Quote) which offers more safety, along with Apache (APA Quote)."

Tyson Foods (TSN Quote): "The chicken business is getting tough with corn prices to high. I say sell. I'd go with ConAgra Foods (CAG Quote) as a food play. "

CVS Caremark (CVS Quote): "This story isn't still in tact. They paid too much for Caremark. I'd cut your losses and go with Walgreens (WAG Quote) or even Express Scripts (ESRX Quote)."
