NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- The makets fell Thursday on worries about energy concerns.

The Dow Industrial Average dropped 93.79, or 0.91%, to 10,197.79, while the S&P 500 lost 11.27, or 1.03%, to 1,087.24. The Nasdaq fell 17.88, or 0.83%, to 2,149.02.

Melissa Lee, the moderator of CNBC's "Fast Money" TV show said that Walt Disney(DIS Quote) might provide a lift to Friday's markets after it beat earnings and revenue estimates.

Guy Adami said Disney had a great quarter but wondered whether it was too rich at a 16-multiple.

Tim Seymour said the company has made a lot of good moves overseas such as opening a theme park in Shanghai as well as doing a good job of cost-cutting.

Pete Najarian said Disney has a lot of things going for it in 2010, including its profitable network division.

Adami said it's too early to say whether Disney's strong earnings signals strong consumer spending. Najarian said he was encouraged by Priceline.com's (PCLN Quote) numbers because it reflected strength in spending on hotels and travel.

Seymour said Disney's business model isn't built around theme parks so much as it is built around cable and entertainment, which he said are "cash cows."

Shifting to the overall market, Lee said the market was running up against a lot of opposition today. Seymour said there's still technical resistance at 1,100 for the S&P and the 30-year auction was "mildly disappointing."
