IPOs on Hottest Pace Since Early 2008
It's a dangerous time in the teen retail space, as retailers such as American Eagle Outfitters(AEO) and Abercrombie & Fitch(ANF) are struggling to get back on firm footing.
The fourth quarter has already seen IPOs from Banco Santander Brasil(STD), Verisk Analytics(VRSK), Hyatt Hotels(H), Vitamin Shoppe(VSI) and Dole Foods(DOLE), among others. For the year so far, there have been 49 listed IPOs in the United States priced at $22.88 billion, dialogic said.
