Alliant Techsystems Gets $100M Deal From Lockheed
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) Alliant Techsystems Inc. received a $100 million contract from Lockheed Martin Corp. to continue to provide services for the Navy's Trident ballistic missile, the company said Wednesday.
Alliant will continue to supply Trident's rocket propulsion system to primary contractor, Lockheed Martin, through 2013. The Trident is the only U.S. submarine-launched strategic missile system in production. Shares of Alliant added 48 cents to $83.58 in afternoon trading.- Loading Comments...
