NEW YORK (AP) The following stocks were among those that moved substantially or traded heavily Tuesday on the New York Stock Exchange: NYSE: MBIA Inc., down $1.28 at $3.52 Heavy losses in mortgage-related securities and derivatives, alongside lower insurance premiums, drove the bond insurer to a third-quarter loss. Beazer Homes USA Inc., up 41 cents at $5.10 A "moderation" in the weak housing market, improving profit margins and a slight rise in new orders helped the homebuilder post a profit. American International Group Inc., up $1.41 at $37.59 Credit-ratings agency Moody's Investor Service said the troubled insurer should be able to repay aid from the federal goverment in full: $122.3 billion as of Sept. 30.
