Mylan Gets FDA Approval For Generic Prevacid

PITTSBURGH (AP) Mylan Inc. said Tuesday the Food and Drug Administration approved its generic version of the heartburn drug Prevacid.
Mylan will sell 15-milligram and 30-milligram delayed-release capsule versions of the drug. Mylan said the branded version of Prevacid had sales of about $3 billion in the 12 months ending June 30. Shares of Mylan fell 32 cents to $17.59 in afternoon trading.- Loading Comments...
