Najarian made a strong case for owning Microsoft, saying it has made strong inroads in search with Bing, enjoyed solid reviews for its Windows 7, and has $36 billion in cash to play with. He said a good time to get into the stock might be when it dips below its 50-day moving average.
Charles Gasparino, CNBC editor, said the two best candidates to succeed the late Bruce Wasserstein at Lazard(LAZ) are two insiders: deputy chairman Gary Parr or North America CEO Ken Jacobs. Lee brought Brian Markison, CEO of King Pharmaceuticals(KG), which rose 5% on its earnings beat. Markison said its animal health unit sales were better than expected though gross margins were weaker than expected. He said the pharmaceutical industry will have to underwrite coverage for seniors and expand converage for the uninsured under the huge health-care overhaul legislation now moving through Congress. In the final trades, Terranova said he liked State Street (STT). Adami said to short Cisco(CSCO). Grasso liked Motorola(MOT). And Najarian said he liked King Pharmaceuticals(KG). -- Written by David Tong in San Francisco To watch replays of Cramer's video segments, visit the Mad Money page on CNBC.
