Chevron: Analysts' Upgrades, Downgrades

First Solar (FSLR) numbers reduced at FBR. Shares now seen reaching $90. Estimates also cut, to a changing sales mix. Underperform rating.

Medtronic (MDT) estimates lowered at Goldman through 2013. Company is realizing higher operating expenses. Neutral rating and $41 price target.

Mylan (MYL) price target, estimates raised at Barclays. Price target up by a dollar to $20 on strong 3Q results. 2009 and 2010 EPS estimates increased to $1.25 from $1.17 and to $1.51 from $1.45, respectively. Maintain Overweight rating.

NYSE Euronext (NYX) price target cut at Barclays to $35 from $37. 2009 EPS estimate raised to $2.04 from $1.99, 2010 lowered to $2.35 from $2.45. Maintain Overweight rating.

Office Depot (ODP) estimates raised at Morgan Stanley through 2010. Company has stabilized its business, and sales should improve sequentially. Equal-weight rating.

Occidental Petroleum (OXY) target boosted at Goldman to $110. Company will likely generate excess cash flow over the next few years. Buy rating.

Sunpower (SPWRA) estimates, target cut at FBR. Shares now seen reaching $38. Estimates also lowered, to reflect the delay of some regulatory decisions. Outperform rating.

Southwestern Energy (SWN) numbers boosted at Goldman. Estimates were raised through 2011. Company is seeing higher production levels. Neutral rating and new $52 price target.

Tessera Tech (TSRA) numbers lowered at FBR. TSRA estimates were cut through 2010. Company reduced its guidance, though this is mostly priced into the stock. Outperform rating and new $28 price target.

US Bancorp (USB) estimates increased at FBR through 2010. FDIC-assisted acquisition should add to earnings. Market Perform rating and $25 price target.

Weyerhaeuser (WY) estimates boosted at Goldman through 2011. Company is seeing lower costs across the board. Buy rating and $45 price target.
