Carefusion (CFN) downgraded at Morgan Stanley to Equal-weight. Valuation call, as the stock is already up 28% since its spin-off.

Kellogg (K) estimates, target increased at Goldman. Estimates were boosted through 2010. Company is seeing lower input costs. Neutral rating and new $60 price target.

Kellogg (K) upgraded at Citigroup from Hold to Buy. $63 price target. Estimates also boosted to reflect the share repurchase program and increased productivity.

Suntrust Banks (STI) upgraded at Morgan Stanley to Equal-weight. Valuation call, as non-performing loans are dropping.

Toll Brothers (TOL) upgraded at Citigroup from Hold to Buy. $23 price target. Recent sell-off in the homebuilders has created a buying opportunity.

VMWare (VMW) downgraded at Goldman from Buy to Neutral. Valuation call, based on a $44 price target.

Allergan (AGN) estimates, target raised at Citigroup. Shares of AGN now seen reaching $66. Estimates also boosted, to reflect higher product sales. Buy rating.

Avon Products(AVP) numbers boosted at Goldman. Shares of AVP now seen reaching $33. Estimates also raised, to reflect currency gains. Sell rating.

Allegheny (AYE) price target, estimates cut. Barclays lowered AYE price target to $30 from $37 on weak guidance. 2009 and 2010 EPS estimates both decreased to $2.22. Maintain Overweight rating.
