Motorola: Analysts' Upgrades, Downgrades

O'Reilly Automotive (ORLY) numbers increased at Goldman. ORLY estimates were boosted through 2011. CSK deal is once again adding to earnings. Neutral rating and new $44 price target.

PG&E (PCG) estimates boosted at UBS through 2010. Strong ratebase is leading to higher earnings. Buy rating and $46 price target.

Proctor & Gamble (PG) estimates boosted at Barclays. PG 2010 and 2011 EPS estimates increased by a penny to $4.10 and to $3.96 from $3.93, respectively. Maintain Overweight rating and $64 price target.

Procter & Gamble (PG) numbers raised at Goldman. Shares of PG now seen reaching $63, Goldman Sachs said. Estimates also increased, to reflect improved sales guidance. Neutral rating.

Sprint Nextel (S) estimates, target lowered at Goldman. S estimates were cut through 2011. Margins are declining. Neutral rating and new $3.50 price target.

Smith International (SII) numbers lowered at Goldman. Shares of SII now seen reaching $34. Estimates also cut, to reflect a negative shift in sales mix. Neutral rating.

Superior Energy (SPN) estimates cut at Citigroup through 2011. Earnings recovery is being pushed out. Buy rating and $28 price target.

Strayer Education (STRA) numbers boosted at Morgan Stanley. Shares of STRA now seen reaching $200. Estimates also raised, to reflect higher sales. Equal-weight rating.

Vistaprint (VPRT) estimates boosted at Morgan Stanley. VPRT estimates were raised through 2012. Company has strong operating momentum heading into the new year. Overweight rating.

Exxon Mobil (XOM) estimates reduced at Goldman. XOM estimates were lowered through 2013. Company has cut back on its share repurchase program. Neutral rating and $82 price target.
