URS Acquires Engineering Firm ForeRunner

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — URS Corp., an engineering and construction company, said Monday it acquired ForeRunner Corp., an engineering and construction management company specializing in oil and gas industry projects.
Financial terms were not disclosed. ForeRunner, based in Lakewood, Colo., designs and constructs oil and gas production and storage facilities, processing plants, refineries and other infrastructure.
