POLL: Which Retailer Will Lose the Coming Price War?

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- In preparation for the all-important holiday season, retailers from the top down are slashing prices. While this price war will likely boost sales, this doesn't mean it will be the winning formula for retailers.

Deep discounts, of course, could dig into companies' profits. Given that, which of these retailers -- Wal-Mart Stores(WMT Quote), Target(TGT Quote), Amazon(AMZN Quote) , Sears or Macy's(M Quote) -- do you think could suffer the most due to increasing promotions?

Take our poll below to see the consensus of the street. And feel free to leave a comment to let the world know the thought behind your call.

Which retailer would be most hurt by a holiday price war?

Wal-Mart
Amazon
Target
Sears
Macy’s
