Hertz Completes Notes Issuance

PARK RIDGE, N.J. (AP) — Rental car company Hertz Global Holdings Inc. said Friday that its subsidiary, Hertz Vehicle Financing LLC, has completed isuing $1.2 billion in medium term notes.

The Series 2009-2 Rental Car Asset Backed Notes are split into $500 million of 3-year 4.26 percent notes expected to mature in March 2013 and $700 million of 5-year 5.29 percent notes expected to mature in March 2015.

The notes have an advance rate of about 66 percent.

Hertz shares fell 28 cents, or 2.7 percent, to $9.99 in afternoon trading.
