PEWAUKEE, Wis. (TheStreet) -- The traders of CNBC's "Fast Money" are starting to get worried that the falling dollar and rising oil prices could put a dent in U.S. stock prices. On Wednesday's "Halftime Report," Brian Kelly of Kanundrum said he's concerned about the current level of the S&P 500. He pointed out that higher oil prices will lead to higher prices at the pump, which could hurt consumer spending across the board.

Jared Levy of Peak6 mentioned that the VIX is trading at 52-week lows. He explained that this shows the market is complacent and said investors should consider put protection if stocks continue to move higher. Tim Seymour said he's watching the S&P 500 closely now that it's traded 20% over the 200-day moving average.

Karen Finerman was surprised that the market didn't go up on Tuesday since it had every reason to trade higher. She mentioned that there's no panic in the market, but money still continues to come in from the sidelines.

Joe Terranova told viewers that the commodity story will be "the story" until the end of the year. He told viewers to play it with long positions in Joy Global(JOYG Quote) and Bucyrus(BUCY Quote), because he feels they're great plays on a global recovery.
