Flowserve Creates Chief Financial Office

DALLAS (AP) Flowserve Corp., which makes pumps, seals and other fluid and motion control products, said it has created a chief financial office and assigned Richard J. Guiltinan and Dean P. Freeman to the segment.
Guiltinan, vice president of finance and chief accounting officer, will take on new corporate tax oversight responsibilities. The CFO office also includes Freeman, who serves as vice president of finance and treasurer. CEO Mark A. Blinn previously served as CFO before taking on the president and CEO role on Oct. 1.
