ConAgra Spreads Some Parkay Love With IPhone App

OMAHA, Neb. (AP) ConAgra Foods wants to reinvent the classic advertising argument over how its Parkay margarine compares to butter with an iPhone application.
The ConAgra app uses the iPhone's voice recognition capability to trigger the distinctive "Parkaaaaay" response whenever the user says words like "butter" and "milk." The free app recalls the classic Parkay television ads of the 1970s, '80s and '90s involving a talking tub of margarine.
