Frontier Finishes $700M Debt Tender Offer

STAMFORD, Conn. (AP) Frontier Communications Corp. said Friday it has completed a debt tender offer and is buying back $700 million worth of previously issued debt.
The telephone and Internet service provider said about $76 million in principal on its 2011 notes and about $617 in principal amount on its 2013 notes remain outstanding following the tender offer. Frontier said it financed the purchase of the tendered notes with $600 million in debt that will come due in 2018, plus cash on hand.- Loading Comments...
