THE WOODLANDS, Texas (AP) — Trico Marine Services Inc. said Friday its offering of $400 million in 11.875 percent senior secured notes due Nov. 1, 2014, were priced at an aggregate of 96.393 percent .
Trico Marine, which provides work boats to the offshore oil and natural gas industry, said the offering is set to close Oct. 30. Trico Marine shares fell 25 cents, or 2.7 percent, to close at $8.96.- Loading Comments...
