Retired GM Exec Szygenda Joins Compuware Board
DETROIT (AP) — Business software provider Compuware Corp. said Friday that retired General Motors Co. executive Ralph Szygenda has joined its board of directors.
Szygenda was most recently group vice president chief information officer at the Detroit automaker. Before joining GM in 1996, he was vice president and chief information officer at both Bell Atlantic and Texas Instruments. Szygenda said in a statement that he has worked with Compuware "on critical projects" during his time at GM. Shares of Compuware fell 13 cents to $7.15 in afternoon trading.- Loading Comments...
