IGT Chairman Matthews To Step Down From Post
LAS VEGAS (AP) — International Game Technology said Friday that Chairman T.J. Matthews plans to step down from his post, to be succeeded by board member Philip G. Satre starting on Dec. 1.
Matthews, who previously served as the slot machine and casino management systems maker's president and CEO, will remain with the company as a board member. Satre, who joined IGT's board in January, also sits on the boards of Nordstrom, Inc., Rite Aid Corp., Stanford University and the National World War II Museum. He is the former CEO and chairman of Harrah's Entertainment Inc. International Game Technology shares fell 40 cents to $21.82 in morning trading.- Loading Comments...
