AirTran (AAI Quote) downgraded at Barclays to Underweight from Equal Weight on equity dilution. 2009 and 2010 EPS estimates lowered to $0.68 and $0.75, respectively. Price target cut by a dollar to $7.

Barrick Gold (ABX Quote) upgraded at JPMorgan. Rating raised to Overweight from Neutral. Price target raised to $54 from $40. 2009 EPS estimates raised to $1.84 from $1.82.

AMR (AMR Quote) upgraded at Barclays to Overweight from Equal Weight. Price target cut to $14 from $20. 2009 EPS estimate raised to -$4.07 from -$4.14, 2010 lowered to $0.50 from $2.00.

Amphenol (APH Quote) upgraded at Longbow to Buy. $44 price target. Estimates also raised, to reflect a recent positive survey in the connector industry.

Bruker (BRKR Quote) initiated at JPMorgan. Initiated with an Overweight rating and $14 price target. Introduces 2009 EPS estimates of $0.38.

Continental Airlines (CAL Quote) upgraded at Barclays to Equal Weight from Underweight on belief that we are near the beginning of a multi-year profit cycle. 2009 EPS lowered to -$2.42 from -$2.13, 2010 raised to $2.70 from $2.20. Maintain $23 price target.

Computer Sciences (CSC Quote) upgraded at Goldman from Sell to Neutral. $54 price target. Estimates also raised, to reflect a better environment for consulting and outsourcing. Company is also a potential acquisition target.

Dundee (DC.A Quote) initiated at Weisel with an Overweight rating and $30 price target as asset values are growing. 2009 and 2010 EPS estimates introduced at $0.48 and $1.01, respectively.
