Corporate Executive Board Acquires TowerGroup
ARLINGTON, Va. (AP) Business consultant The Corporate Executive Board Co. said Tuesday it has acquired financial services consultant The Tower Group Inc.
Details of the transaction were not immediately released. The Arlington, Va.-based Corporate Executive Board provides data and tools, research, and peer insight to corporate executives. Its 2,000 employees serve more than 120,000 professionals in more than 5,000 companies. Needham, Mass.-based TowerGroup advises financial services business. Shares of Corporate Executive Board rose 2 cents to $25.68. They fell 5 cents in after-hours trading.- Loading Comments...
