NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Here's what Jim Cramer had to say about some of the stocks that callers offered up during the "Mad Money Lightning Round" Monday evening.

PetroQuest Energy (PQ Quote): "This is a low-quality energy play in an environment where Chevron (CVX Quote) is so cheap and you get a 3.5% yield. Step up to the plate and buy Chevron."

American Express (AXP Quote): "This is a great company, but it has gone up gigantically. You should scale out as is goes up."

Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods (WBD Quote): "If you believe in Eastern Europe, then that's the right play since its recession proof. If you can handle the risk, then that's the way to play. "

ONEOK Partners (OKS Quote): "I have more faith in Kinder Morgan (KMP Quote) since they've been the pioneer in that group. Let's buy that one."

Time Warner (TWX Quote): "They are doing a great job and are making money. I think they're terrific."
