Cramer's take? It depends on the commentary. If companies say they saw strength coming out of the summer and that, beginning in the fall, their top lines got better, the market should be OK. To that end, Cramer said ISI data reveals that retail sales in the United States over the last two weeks have been off the charts, which is driving the economy.
