AMD (AMD) upgraded at UBS. Rating raised to Buy from Neutral. Price target raised to $7.50 from $4.50. 2009 EPS estimates raised to -$1.47 from -$1.68.

Amgen (AMGN) upgraded at UBS. Rating raised to Buy from Neutral. Price target raised to $70 from $63. Maintains 2009 EPS estimates of $4.88.

Black & Decker (BDK) initiated at Barclays with an Overweight rating and $55 price target. 2009 and 2010 EPS estimates set at $1.70 and $2.32, respectively.

Colonial Properties (CLP) reinstated at Merrill/BofA reinstated coverage on CLP with an Underperform rating and $9 price target on weak markets and slower growth.

Citrix Systems (CTXS) upgraded at Jefferies to Hold. $40 price target. Valuation remains high, but channel checks suggest strong spending in the second half of the year.

Dr Pepper Snapple Group (DPS) downgraded at Deutsche Bank. Rating lowered to Hold from Buy. Price target raised to $32 from $31. Maintains 2009 EPS estimates of $1.94.

DreamWorks Animation (DWA) downgraded at Thomas Weisel to Market Weight from Overweight on valuation. Maintain $35 price target.

Corning (GLW) reinstated at Merrill/BofA reinstated coverage on GLW with a Buy rating and $19 price target as valuation appears attractive. 2009 2010 EPS estimates set at $1.26 and $1.56, respectively.

WW Grainger (GWW) upgraded at BB&T to Buy. $117 price target. Company has solid cash flow, a strong balance sheet and should benefit from better industrial production.

WW Grainger (GWW) upgraded at Credit Suisse to Outperform from Neutral on expected top line growth. Price target raised to $112 from $85. 2009 and 2010 EPS estimates set at $5.06 and $5.90, respectively.
