L-3 Communications (LLL) numbers cut at FBR to $94. Estimates were also lowered to reflect a delay in government services revenue. Outperform rating.

Linear Technology (LLTC) numbers increased at FBR. Target up to $22. Estimates also raised, to reflect improving economic trends. Underperform rating.

Lam Research (LRCX) numbers increased at UBS. Shares now seen reaching $40. Estimates were also boosted, to reflect increased orders. Neutral rating.

Limited Brands (LTD) numbers raised at Citigroup through 2011. Expect sales and margins to hit an inflection point in the fourth quarter. Buy rating and new $24 price target.

Qualcomm (QCOM) estimates raised at Goldman through 2011. Market is undervaluing the company's royalty stream. Buy rating and $54 price target.

Transocean (RIG) estimates lowered at Citigroup through 2011. Company is seeing more downtime for its ultra-deepwater rigs. Buy rating and $100 price target.

Texas Instruments (TXN) numbers raised at FBR. Shares now seen reaching $28.50. Estimates also increased, to reflect improving industry fundamentals. Market Perform rating.

Wellcare (WCG) target boosted at Goldman to $34. Expect more M&A in the Medicaid space. Buy rating.
