Cree (CREE Quote) initiated at JP Morgan. Initiated with an Overweight rating and $45 price target. Introduces fiscal 2010 EPS estimates of $1.02.

Dean Foods (DF Quote) initiated at KeyBanc. Initiated with a Hold rating. Introduces 2009 EPS estimates of $1.66.

Lam Research (LRCX Quote) upgraded at Credit Suisse to Outperform from Neutral. 2010 EPS estimate raised to $1.06 from $0.11, 2011 maintained at $1.82. Price target surged to $41 from $23.

LSI (LSI Quote) upgraded at Barclays from Underweight to Equal Weight given solid trends in systems and networking. Price target lifted to $6 from $5. 2009 and 2010 EPS estimates increased to $0.09 from $0.06 and to $0.27 from $0.20, respectively.
