Axis Names New International Specialty Lines CEO

Bermuda-based insurer Axis Capital Holdings Limited said on Wednesday that it has hired Mark Gregory as CEO of international specialty lines for Axis Insurance in London. Gregory will start on Jan. 1. He will report to Jack Gressier, Axis Insurance chairman. Gregory has worked in the insurance industry for 29 years, mostly recently as CEO of Bowring Marsh, a wholesale placement operation formed in July 2008. Previously he had other executive roles at Marsh. Axis shares rose 11 cents to close at $31.13.- Loading Comments...
