IBM Closes Acquisition Of Software Maker SPSS
ARMONK, N.Y. (AP) — IBM said Friday it has completed the acquisition of SPSS Inc.
International Business Machines Corp. first announced the acquisition of SPSS, which makes analytic software, on July 28. At that time, the company valued the deal at $1.2 billion. Shares of IBM rose $1.12 to close at $119.02.- Loading Comments...
