SPX To Sell Filtran To Madison Capital Partners

CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) — Industrial equipment maker SPX Corp. said Friday that it will sell its Filtran division to Madison Capital Partners for an undisclosed amount.
Filtran provides automotive filtration systems. Madison Capital Partners is a Chicago-based investment firm that acquires industrial manufacturing companies. Fitran's results have been included in SPX's discontinued operations since the fourth quarter of 2008. The sale is targeted to close by the end of the year.- Loading Comments...
