Rentrak Names New Chief Financial Officer
PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) — Rentrak Corp., a media measurement and research company, on Thursday named David I. Chemerow chief operating officer and chief financial officer.
Chemerow, 58, succeeds CFO Mark. L Thoenes, who is leaving the company to pursue new business opportunities. The chief operating officer is a newly created position. The company said Thoenes will remain with the company for another six weeks to ensure a smooth transition. Most recently, Chemerow served as senior vice president and CFO of Olympus Media LLC, an outdoor advertising sales company. Chemerow is also the non-executive chairman of Playboy Enterprises Inc.
