Unum Completes $350M Offering Of Senior Notes
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) — Employee benefits and disability insurance provider Unum Group announced Wednesday the completion of a $350 million senior notes offering.
The seven-year senior notes were issued with an annual coupon rate of 7.125 percent. Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, the company said. Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc., Goldman, Sachs & Co., JP Morgan Securities Inc. and Wells Fargo Securities LLC were joint book-running managers.
