AmerisourceBergen (ABC Quote) upgraded at Goldman from Neutral to Buy. $26 price target. Sales should remain stable, while the company continues to expand margins.

ACS (ACS Quote) downgraded at UBS. Rating lowered to Neutral from Buy. Price target raised to $58 from $54. Maintains fiscal 2010 EPS estimates of $4.21.

American Superconductor (AMSC Quote) upgraded at Kaufman from Hold to Buy. $36 price target. Company just landed a $100 million order.

American Superconductor (AMSC Quote) estimates boosted at Citi. AMSC 2010 and 2011 EPS estimates to $0.64 from $0.51 and to $0.88 from $0.75, respectively. Maintain Hold rating and $35 price target.

Covidien (COV Quote) rated new Buy at Goldman. Stock was also added to the Conviction List, because of the company's favorable product mix.

DundeeWealth (DW Quote) initiated at Thomas Weisel with an Overweight rating and $14 price target. Analysts expect DW to maintain their exceptional track record relative to peers.

Greenhill (GHL Quote) downgraded at Pali from Buy to Neutral. Valuation call, as the stock exceeded the $90 price target.

Huntington Bancshares (HBAN Quote) upgraded at Deutsche Bank to Buy from Hold. Rating raised to Buy from Hold. Price target raised to $5.50 from $4.00. Lowers 2009 EPS estimates from -$5.69 to $5.70.

Insituform Technologies (INSU Quote) initiated at Merrill/BofA with a Buy rating and $23 price target. Analysts mentioned improved fundamentals in North American markets. 2009 and 2010 EPS estimates set at $0.92 and $1.20, respectively.

Martin Marietta (MLM Quote) downgraded at Stephens from Overweight to Equal-weight. $95 price target. Valuation call, as the stock is up 20% over the past three months. Near-term estimates also lowered, to reflect wet weather.
