'Fast Money' Recap: Adding Abbott

Stock quotes in this article:ABT, AAPL, QCOM

Grasso is also a buyer, but he believes the company is poised to pick up steam with its development of hand-held video games.

As the quarter winds to a close, with so many winners, no one wants to be caught holding one of the losers. So this week money managers will be shedding IBM(IBM), Exxon Mobil(XOM) and Potash(POT), Grasso said.

Instead, they will pick up Apple, General Electric (GE)and Goldman Sachs(GS) to pretty up the balance sheets.

But Joe Terranova disagrees, saying Exxon has a great balance sheet and if you think the demand for energy will increase in the long-term, it's a buy.

For those looking for a slow trade, or one you can hold onto for the long-haul, Adami says to look no further then Qualcomm(QCOM). "If you like Apple, you will love Qualcomm," he said. "They have the marked nailed in wireless mobile devices" as the world's largest maker of phone chips.

In the final trades, Grasso liked Costco(COST), Adami is long on Raymond James(RJF), Joe Terranova is long on Ford(F) and Najarian says Plains Exploration & Production (PXP)is a buy.
