Fiserv To Sell Loan Fulfillment Business

BROOKFIELD, Wis. (AP) — Financial technology company Fiserv Inc. said Monday it agreed to sell its loan fulfillment business to a unit of ISGN Corp.

Financial terms were not disclosed. ISGN provides mortgage technology and services to banks and lenders.

Fiserv said it expects the deal to close within 30 days. The loan fulfillment business provides services such as closings, loan modification and flood and title certification.

As part of the deal, Fiserv will receive a minority ownership interest in CFCL Technologies Ltd., the parent company of ISGN.

Fiserv's shares fell 2 cents to $48.98 in after-hours trading following the announcement of the sale. In the regular session, the stock rose 54 cents to close at $49.
